The Tenant and members of the Tenant’s household will not smoke anywhere in the Property nor permit any guests or visitors to smoke in the Property.
The Tenant will obtain written permission from the Landlord before doing any
changes to the property, including
the following:
Applying adhesive materials or inserting nails or hooks in walls or ceilings other than those existing.
Painting, wallpapering, or in any way significantly altering the appearance of the property.
Removing or adding walls, or performing any structural alterations
Installing waterbed(s)
Installing additional electrical wiring or heating units.
Placing or exposing or allowing to be placed or exposed anywhere inside or outside the Property any placard, notice or sign for advertising or any other purpose; or
Affixing to or erecting up or near the Property any radio or TV satellite or tower.
T
he Tenant will be responsible for any damages caused which means the Tenant will cover all expenses in fixing the damage.
The Landlord may enter the premises for the purpose of inspection, repair, maintenance, and emergency.
If the Tenant abandons the premises, the Landlord has the right to enter the house by any means without liabilities.
The Landlord can presume that the Tenant abandoned the premise if the furniture and other items were removed.
These presents shall operate only as an agreement to lease, and not as a lease.
This agreement can only be changed or modified through the written consent of both parties.
