No, a sale deed and a sale agreement are not the same. A sale agreement, also known as a purchase agreement, is a preliminary document that outlines the terms and conditions of a property sale. A sale deed, on the other hand, is the final, legally binding document that transfers ownership of the property from the seller to the buyer once all conditions are met and the sale is finalized.
