AGREEMENT TO CANCEL LEASE

Whereas the Landlord and the Tenant executed a lease dated [DATE] (the "Lease") of certain premises located at [ADDRESS] (the "Premises") but the parties now wish to cancel the Lease;

 

It is agreed as follows:

 

TERMS

 

In return for the Tenant vacating the Premises on or before [DATE] (the "Termination Date"), the Lease is cancelled effective that date and the parties will have no further obligation to each other under the Lease.

 

Nothing in this agreement operates to discharge obligations and liabilities accrued under the Lease up to the date of its cancellation.

 

If the Tenant does not vacate the Premises on or before the Termination Date, this agreement is null and void.

 

This agreement binds and benefits the parties and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors and assigns.
